Happy California Cow

I was watching TV and I saw a new Happy California Cow commercial. Then I remembered this one, so I'm posting it for you Bloggingbrit.

Basically, if you don't know the commercials, different cows from all over the world are trying to audition to become the next California Happy Cow. Here is an English cow.

It's gone

I noticed this evening when I got out of the shower that my left bottom earring is gone. I say the bottom one because I have two piercings. The bottom ones were my mom's old diamond earrings that she got from her first husband.

She didn't want them anymore so she gave them to me when I got my ears pierced the first time.

But now it's gone. I thought maybe it fell out when I was playing hockey or trying on helmets last night, but I have a tendency to spin my earrings when I'm bored and push on the backings (not to be confused with pulling them off) and so I think I would have noticed when the bottom half of my earlobe was empty.

I'm not sure what I'm going to wear in place of them, because I cant wear just one diamond, you know?

Bloggingbrit, what's your favorite color? I can wear that color for you. You were very sweet to me tonight and I don't care who knows it. I'm not as shy as you. =)

Laundry

Not doing much today. It's Sunday, and I usually do very little at weekends if I can help it. Today was a spot of cleaning, and laundry. I also tweaked a few things in this blog, and tried re-learning some html and css so I can tweak it a little more soon. I'd forgotten how much fun it can be!

Antiques

So tomorrow is the big day. Well, it's not the big day but it's the big day before the big day. It should be interesting, that's all I have to say.

Wake up early, go with dad to get an MRI, steal some nifty medical toys, last time I was in the ER, I was with my friend who broke her leg and I took a few EKG patches that were sitting in the jar next to me. Maybe this place will have some tongue depressors, a.k.a. giant Popsicle sticks.

Then it's travel time. I need to remember to get the map printed out for hockey giant, even though I already know where it is, and the rink I will be skating on in a few weeks.

Hopefully my uncle with come with my family as we go antique shopping with Grandma, ugh, but at least I get lunch out of it.

Then finally go to hockey giant around 5:30 since the fitting is at 6:00.

Why do old people like looking at old things. No offense to old people, I refer to the elderly as 'old people' in the nicest way possible. But they always like going to Old Town and those antique stores where everything is overpriced and smells funny. Maybe it reminds them of their past, I'm not really sure.

And I really must emphasize something. Bloggingbrit, you are not an antique, you aren't old. And get over it, I wouldn't sell you for anything =)

In fact, I'm watching him sleep right now. I wonder if he is aware that he turns over a lot in his sleep. It could be from the bright light shining in his face, hehe. You know I luv you!!

Well, I don't want to ramble on too much. I'm not a very good rambler. I know a few that are excellent at it, and very funny too. Me? No, I'm not that funny... but I think a lot of other things are funny.

One of the funniest movies I have seen recently, aside from Ghost Town (with Ricky Gervais), is Monsters vs. Aliens. While trying to make Bloggingbrit an admin for this blog, I was watching this movie in 3D. If you haven't seen it I highly recommend it. It is so adorable. Some of the kids probably won't get some of the jokes and puns, which makes it all worth while as a young adult (or older!)
Bloggingbrit, there is always rules hidden somewhere with you!! They must be hidden with your giant playing card and the things you make disappear.

Spelling shouldn't be an issue on my posts, it has spellcheck.

As for Yes, I say No because ever since Bloggingbrit sent me this youtube video, Love etc from Pet Shop Boys album Yes, it's been stuck in my head. I was listening to it in the truck on the way to ice hockey and my mom reached forward to change the song because it was "too loud" and I screamed at her "Don't change it!!" and she sort of jumped and backed away slowly. It was rather funny, I guess you had to be there.

I'm not sure what I could promote here, since Bloggingbrit is promoting his boys with a fancy lil' widget. Oh, I know, I'll promote the Kings... GO KINGS!! Sorry, I don't have a widget, you'll just have to trust me on that one.

=)

YES

Hello everyone!

Welcome to our new blog. It's here for our own fun. No rules and no agenda. (Ok, so 'no agenda' is a rule, but apart from that, no rules!).

This week, I have mostly been listening to YES, the new Pet Shop Boys album. Take a listen!
